Day One: Why I’m Starting This Journey

Im starting this blog for one reason—accountability. Not the kind that’s about perfection, but the kind that keeps you showing up even when it’s hard.
This isn’t a “30 days to a new body” story. It’s a real weight-loss journey with ups, downs, cravings, restarts, and growth.
I’ve reached a point where I want more—more energy, more confidence, more consistency, and better health. I’m tired of feeling stuck in the same cycle of starting strong and burning out quietly. This time, I’m doing it differently.

I’m choosing progress over punishment.I’m choosing discipline over motivation.I’m choosing myself—one day at a time.
Here’s what this journey will include:
Honest weekly weigh-ins (when I’m ready)
What I eat—good days and messy ones
Workouts that fit real life
Mental battles I don’t usually talk about
Celebrating small wins, not just scale numbers
I’m not here to pretend I have it all figured out.I’m here to show what happens when you don’t quit on yourself.
If you’re reading this and thinking, “I need to start too”—this is your sign. You don’t need a perfect plan. You just need a decision.
Welcome to my journey.
Let’s do this together. 🤍
